Our one price optical programs provide services based on a pre-set amount per member. The member will be served according to their plan and the union will be billed one price for full services rendered. All programs, at minimum, include a comprehensive examination, frame, and lenses.

National Optical Services will custom tailor a Fee Payment Schedule to those organizations wishing to pay for services separately.
